When a surly paramedic finds Kara Larsen's lost toddler, only to berate her for failing to mind her child, Kara is embarrassed and relieved she'll never have to deal with that jerk again. Doesn't he know being a single mom is a lot harder than it looks?! But when baby Nadia has trouble breathing one night, Kara's frantic 911 call brings that same jerk right to her door...
FDNY paramedic Reid Bennett has a compulsion to help frantic parents. But after the way he over-reacted to the beautiful woman in the department store that day, she wants nothing to do with him. But it's not his fault he keeps running into her all over the city...
When Kara bumps into Reid for the third time in a week, she can't help but wonder if the mom she lost in 2001 is playing matchmaker. As Kara and Reid form a cautious friendship, he quickly becomes baby Nadia's favorite person. But Reid has no interest in long-term commitment, or so he thought. So when Nadia's father calls out of the blue and Kara agrees to see him, Reid realizes he has some triage to do if he hopes to keep his girls...

This book is amazing.
His Touch has an awesome story line. I love
every character in this book, especially Kara and Reid. I am so glad they met.
It must have been fate. Like they have been waiting for each other. The
connection that Nadia has with Reid is so adorable.
I believe this book is very well written and
the details were vividly clear. Author, Patty Bount is new to me and I’m so
pleased to have been introduced to her work as I think it’s fantastic. Do
yourself a favor and pick up a copy today. You won’t be displeased.

Nothing Left to Burn was an interesting
read. Personally I loved Reece as a
character. He was well developed and you
could easily feel his pain. For a
teenager he had been through so much, and believed that his own father hated
him. It was clear that he wanted more
than his fathers approval, but it was what matter most when this book
started out. Upon meeting Amanda that all seemed to
change. Reece was given hope and I was
glad that he got the chance to meet her.
Though, I will admit when he felt safe with her she betrayed him, it was
for the best and helped everyone.
Reading Nothing Left to Burn made me want more
and I believe you will too. This is the
kind of book that you don’t want to end…
Even if you are happy with how it all did end. I would recommend you pick this one up! Happy reading!

About The Author:
Post-Traumatic Brazilian Wax Syndrome is loosely inspired by an unfortunate, painful event that occurred three years ago and is critically acclaimed author Tamara Lyon’s sixth novel. In 2010 her novel, Fixing Forever Broken, earned an IPPY Award for romance.
